SENIOR QA

As Senior QA at StrategiQ, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional quality in everything we deliver, from websites and digital campaigns to creative work and content. You’ll shape and embed a clear and ambitious, agency-wide QA strategy that protects margin, reduces rework, and builds client trust.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating a culture of quality by design. You’ll bring proven experience in QA for technical projects, but you’ll also think bigger, applying your expertise to every part of a busy, fast-moving marketing agency. If you love raising the bar and helping teams deliver their best work, this role is for you.

Full-time · London

IS THIS YOU?

  • You’ve delivered QA within an agency environment, rolling up your sleeves to design, develop, and embed robust QA processes across multiple teams, from web and creative to marketing and CX.

  • You love getting hands-on and testing websites throughout the development process, applying your expertise in cross-browser and device testing to make sure everything looks and performs flawlessly.

  • You’re a natural communicator, ready to champion QA principles across the agency and help shape and grow a best-in-class QA function.

  • You’re driven by improvement, always looking for smarter ways to work, refining processes, and bringing people along for the journey so they understand the what, why, and how of quality.
