Salary from £50,000

Full-time · London (3/4 days a week)

IS THIS YOU?

3-5 years of proven experience in a senior design role, delivering high quality brand and digital work across multiple clients, sectors and channels.
Sharp eye for detail and a strong portfolio showing excellence across brand, campaign, and digital design
Experience leading visual execution and art direction, confidently translating ideas into compelling creative outputs.
Comfortable working across print and digital, with strong capability in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Understanding of how design supports brand, performance, and commercial outcomes.
Enjoy collaborating with clients and teams, communicating ideas clearly and building trust through the quality of their work.
Be motivated to mentor and develop others, sharing knowledge and helping raise creative standards across the team.
