Finance Assistant

As Finance Assistant at StrategiQ, your're key to keeping our finance function running smoothly, making sure we get paid, can pay others, and always have accurate financial information to support decision-making.

Working closely with the Finance team and our Leadership team, you’ll handle day-to-day finance administration while also helping improve processes as we grow. It’s a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, precision, and being a trusted support to colleagues across the business in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Salary from £28,000 (pro-rata to part-time hours)

IS THIS YOU?

Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or in a finance administration role, with a solid grounding in bookkeeping best practice
Confident using Xero and spreadsheets (ideally Google Sheets)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
Comfortable working in a busy, collaborative agency environment and managing multiple priorities
Proactive, curious, and keen to improve processes and ways of working
