As a Digital Project Executive at StrategiQ, you’ll draw on your experience in a digital, software or agency environment to help keep projects moving and deliver great work with confidence.

With strong planning skills and growing technical fluency (or the appetite to learn), you’ll track progress, manage tasks and communicate clearly across the team. Your familiarity with project management tools and your calm, proactive approach will help you navigate shifting priorities and support smooth delivery.

Working closely with Project Managers, Developers and Client Managers, you’ll coordinate tasks, manage resources and support delivery across websites, creative projects and wider marketing initiatives - ensuring work lands on time, to scope and to the standard our clients expect.

IS THIS YOU?

1+ years’ experience in a digital agency, software environment or similar role with transferable project coordination skills
Strong organisational and planning skills - able to manage tasks, track progress and support delivery across multiple projects
Technical fluency, with a basic understanding of web technologies and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), or a strong appetite to learn
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to apply them to support smooth and efficient delivery
Collaborative working style - able to communicate clearly, work effectively with cross-functional teams and keep everyone aligned
Proactive problem-solving and a calm, steady approach to managing deadlines, priorities and fast-moving project demands
