Are you passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and bringing brands to life through smart, personalised CRM? As a CX Specialist at StrategiQ, you’ll help shape the way customers connect with our clients across their entire journey. You’ll work with an award-winning team of strategists, designers and performance experts to build lifecycle programmes that drive engagement, loyalty and long-term value. If you love turning data into insight, crafting seamless customer journeys and delivering CRM programmes that make a measurable impact then this role is your opportunity to grow and innovate.

IS THIS YOU?

  • 3-5 years experience in CRM focused roles either in-house or within an agency, and proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo and DotDigital.

  • Passion for CRM and lifecycle marketing, and enjoy exploring how data, tech and creativity combine to shape customer behaviour.

  • Attention to detail, whether you’re building emails, refining segments or testing complex workflows.

  • Naturally curious, always seeking to understand why customers behave the way they do and how to improve their experience.

  • Collaborating with strategists, creatives and channel specialists to deliver joined-up customer journeys that actually make a difference.
