3-5 years experience in CRM focused roles either in-house or within an agency, and proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo and DotDigital.
Passion for CRM and lifecycle marketing, and enjoy exploring how data, tech and creativity combine to shape customer behaviour.
Attention to detail, whether you’re building emails, refining segments or testing complex workflows.
Naturally curious, always seeking to understand why customers behave the way they do and how to improve their experience.
Collaborating with strategists, creatives and channel specialists to deliver joined-up customer journeys that actually make a difference.
